Added a word of caution to the user interface for thickness calculation. The literature values for the relatvie sensitivity factors my not be suitable for all types of spectrometers.

Improved the accuracy of logical constraints between peaks (the old accuracy was ~ 0.5 %), now the value should be in the range of 0.001%.
Note: Constraints in Igor fits can actually be violated(!), they are not 'hard'. XPST can not change this basic feature of Igor. The accuracies given here are only for not-violated constraints.
If you need hard constraints, consider using the multiplet function.

XPST is a program package for the analysis of X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) data. It includes various graphical interfaces as well as commandline functions to facilitate the workup of XPS data.

Solutions Panel

A simple procedure file that creates a panel with calculators for determining the molarity of a stock solution. Also includes a calculator for solving for a dilution when making a working solution from a stock solution. Each calculators include dropdown menus for changing the units of the measured volume and weight. Compiling the procedure places a link in the Macros menu.
