Qimaging XOP for Macintosh

This XOP is for acquisition of images using FireWire cameras made by Qimaging. It will provide operations to change acquisition settings, preview images, and import them into Igor. It assumes that: (a) you have a camera from Qimaging and (b) you installed the drivers that came with the camera. Currently, the planned testing configuration includes a QICAM camera model, connected to a Intel Mac running Mac OS X 4, running Igor 6. If people with other configurations join this project, we can test those as well.
