How to embed a table in a notebook

I wish to include a IGOR table, actually two of them into a notebook to create a report. I've looked in the notebook section in the manual and the help section and it seems like the tables have to be saved as a picture, in one of a variety of formats, and then is somehow inserted into the table. Is this the only way to do it? Or is there a way to embed one IGOR object in another? Thanks for the help.

The only way to do it is via a picture. Execute this for details:
