3D scatter plot

Hello,
I would like to plot Longitude, latitude, and altitude data on a 3D scatter plot.
Under the tab -> windows -> new -> 3D plots the 3D scatter plot does not show up.

I was wondering if you could provide me with some information on how to make these plots.
