Using the Issue Tracker

Each project on IgorExchange has its own issue tracker. The issue tracker can be used by both developers and users of a project to keep track of bugs, feature requests, support requests, and other tasks.

Links to the issue tracker can be found on the summary page for each project. For example, to report a bug to the project's author, click the "Report new bug" link under the "Support" section on the project summary page.

All users can view the issue tracker for any project, however you must sign in before you can create an issue of your own or follow up on another issue.

The "View all support requests" is a great place to go for help using a project. If you have not found the answer to your question by browsing through the previous support requests, you can ask for help by clicking the "Request support" link on the project summary page.
