Axis slider for layers of a 3D matrix?

I have a 3D matix that is the follow dimensions:
Rows:10
Columns:10
Layers:400

I wish to view the rows and columns of layer 1 (i.e. Display/K=1 /W=(0,0,600,400); AppendImage Array) and then be able to use the axis slider (or some other easy way) to flick through the different layers of the array so that I can visualise my data set. Is there any easy way of doing this?
With the image window selected, choose the Analysis->Packages->Image Processing menu to load the Image Processing procedures package. Then click the Image->Add Slider menu item to add a slider control to the image that controls which layer (plane) is displayed.
