How to cite the path of a text data file in Macintosh computer with Flash Storage

I am using a Macintosh Mac Pro computer. My Mac is with a 1TB PCIe-based Flash Storage, not a conventional hard disk.

When I tried to load a general data text file in program procedure as follows

loadwave /G/D/A=wave "private:Users:pingguangxu:Documents:IMATERIAdevelop:BSML.txt"

or

loadwave /G/D/A=wave "Macintosh hd:Users:pingguangxu:Documents:iMATERIAdevelop:BSML.txt"

the same response "the specified volume is not mounted" suggests that I used a wrong path.

however, when I use the terminal command, the path of BSML.txt file is as follows

/Users/pingguangxu/Documents/iMATERIAdevelop

About how to cite my file in a program, could you please give me some suggestion?
Use the Data->Load Waves->Load Waves dialog to generate a command and look at the path generated by the dialog.

Or use Misc->New Path to create an Igor symbolic path and look at the path generated by the dialog.

To learn about Igor symbolic paths, execute:
