Expanded keyboard shortcuts

Igor apparently reserves the alphabet characters for custom hotkeys, but not all are used, especially combinations with various modifier keys. While the number keys can be used, it would be nice to assign any available hotkey (such as Shift-Option-Command-F) for custom use.
