Is it possible to save waves without line separators?

Title says it all really. I'm currently using a C-based modelling program that runs fits with data I have exported from Igor, which will not run correctly if separators "^M" are in the file.

It is easy enough to remove them in Terminal (I'm using a Mac) with "tr '\r' '\n'", however all of my data modification is taking place within Igor and it's getting a bit tedious doing this every time I export the data!

I'm not hopeful that this possible but thought it was worth asking.
