It is possible for Igor to do anything :)

In the Analysis menu, select Correlate... and pick the window's choices for the two waves. I would recommend using the Circular option and the Auto output wave option. The Auto option will duplicate your second wave and make the copy the destination for the correlation wave. For circular correlation to be accurate, your wave(s) 'x' interval should be an integral number of periods. If you use Linear correlation, you will get a triangular envelope which is probably not what you are after. Look at the Command Help selection for Correlate for more details.
