Overview
This is an official release of the package.
Summary of Changes
Made compatible with changes to the standardized file loader. Fixed bugs (again!!!) in Windows setup to use ExecuteString command to get Altova XSLT engine to work properly. Corrected problems in example XSL/XML data. Other bug fixes and code changes.

This is an official release of the package. It requires an XSLT engine. See the information for the package for further details.
Features
This distribution uses an XSLT engine for improvement in speed, flexibility, and durability.
Installation Notes
To install this package, first unzip the entire ZIP archive into a temporary folder. Move or copy the udStFiLrXML folder into the User Procedures folder of Igor Pro. To load the file loader, put the command #include "udStFiLrXML" in the command window or in your procedure file. To have the procedure always available, create a shortcut or alias to the udStFiLrXML folder and put this shortcut in the Igor Procedures folder.
The ZIP archive also contains sample data and documentation. You may put these files anywhere you want.

THE UTILITY OF THIS VERSION IS SEVERLY LIMITED, IT IS NO LONGER BEING SUPPORTED, AND IT MAY ACTUALLY NO LONGER WORK WITH THE RECENT VERSIONS OF THE STANDARDIZED FILE LOADER. You already have an xslt engine built-in, so you do NOT need this version!
This release does not require an XSLT engine. Values for a given item are stored in a string wave as keyword=value sequences, in wave, or in a simulated type of text-matrix.
