Gizmo Plotting

Hi,
I'm having some problems getting my head around Gizmo plots.
I'm trying to plot a volume of data 900,900,50 as a VoxelPlot - this I can do.
Gizmo is plotting this data as a box, whereas I would like to squash the Z axis down to scale.
I've tried ModifyGizmo aspectratio=1, this isn't what I want.

I'd like control over the scaling, say to dial in a value that matches my data.
I have a feature within the volume I know is 90um in diameter (within the 900x900 data planes), and I would like to scale the height of it to 30um in Z from my 50 slices.

Thanks in advance for any help,
Jason.
Hello Jason,

Voxelgram plots are a special kind of animal; they do not support aspectRatio=1.

If you absolutely have to retain the original data's aspect ratio I recommend using instead an iso-surface object with aspectRatio=1.

I am not sure what you mean by "control over the scaling". If you are referring to the numerical labels for the three axes, these are provided by setting the wave scaling of the object's wave. If you are asking about something else please provide more details and send your question to support@wavemetrics.com.
