Procedures from Mac on Windows

I have procedures which were on Mac programmed and i want to use them on Windows.
Is there anyway to use them on windows?
Because when i want to open and edit them i see just some Letters.
Your files, which I have examined, are not Igor procedure files. They appear to be something like shortcuts. You need to get the files from the original source.
