Polar graph with bars?

Hello,
is there any way how can I make polar graph with bars in Igor. I mean such type graph like in this link: http://www.vistadatavision.com/uploads/images/vdv_fields/environmental_wind_rose_1.png.

Look at Igor's Windows menus:

Windows->New->Packages->Rose Plot

It does exactly that. See the attachment to this reply for an example.
