Spatial Calibration

I am working on a spatial calibration for a spherical toroid and I need to relate pixel distances from an image of the inside of the toroid to physical distances (in toroidal coordinates). I have taken pixel coordinates at several points in the image and can find their physical distances from the camera using CAD drawings. |

Is there a question here?

Yea sorry about that I was wondering if there's anything built into Igor to help with such a spatial calibration and if not what would be the best way to go about translating pixel to physical distances?

So you need to map coordinates on the image to spatial coordinates that you know from the drawings.
I think you may be able to use ImageInterpolate Warp.
