inside polygon check

Hi,
I don't know why but i never get answers for my question here. Can somebody help me to figure out where I should post my questions and how to ask in order to get answers for them?

I hope at least I get an answer for this one.

I think aclight gave you the command for Igor which is similar to that in MatLab. You're asking in the right place, but I guess explaining why aclight's answer isn't working or what you've tried and failed is going to help people give you an alternative answer. There are not as many active users on this forum as some of the MatLab ones and so sometimes it also takes a bit of time...

It's not obvious, but the system won't send you an email when someone replies to your question. I know this is common on other forums but the software the site runs on is a bit outdated and does not have that feature. So you'll need to check back on occasion to see if your question has been answered.
