Igor 6.3 license

In my PC workstation, I use IGOR 6.22A that works properly.

On the site of IGOR is written as follows:

"IGOR Pro 6.3 is available as a free update to licensed users of the English version IGOR Pro 6.0 and later. "


But if I try to install the update to 6.3 IGOR, license does not work properly.
How can I fix?

You can use the same license (that is, serial number and activation key) you used for Igor 6.2, but you may need to enter them again.
If you don't have your serial number and/or activation key, please email sales@wavemetrics.com and they can send you the information you need. Include your serial number so they can find the correct license. You can get your serial number from Igor 6.2 by opening the Help->About dialog.
