Determining the Version of a Loaded IPF

I would like to get the #Pragma Version value from an included/compiled IPF. I know this information is available from the Procedure -> Info menu. But how do I get it within a function?

There isn't a direct way to do this, but I've posted a code snippet at http://www.igorexchange.com/node/1464 that shows one way that it can be done.
